What is it?

Dynamic Body Balancing and Craniosacral Therapy go hand-in-hand, awakening and unwinding the fascia connections within the body. Fascia can be described as the stringy, spiderweb-like connective tissue that forms between muscles, tendons, organs, cranials, and skeleton structure. The fascia moves and responds to everything that occurs within the body, holding emotional memory, energetic memory, and constantly sending and executing messages from the brain. Dynamic Body Balancing unwinds the torsion (energetic or physical trauma and twists) within the myofascial layers of the body, allowing the body to move and function with less restriction and pain. Craniosacral therapy opens up the cranial bones, frees the dura (the tissue surround the brain and running into the spinal column), and aligns cranial (skull) and sacral (pelvic) structures. The goal is to restore the communication pathways within the body to help you move better, feel better, function better, recover faster, and release stored trauma.

Location and Policies

DBB and CST can be scheduled at my home office or as an in-home visit. I accept family time blocks for in-home visits, where we can stack everyone together for an hourly rate. All sessions include a discussion/intake time block, during which we discuss medical concerns, techniques, outcome desires, sensitivities, and needs. Please fill out intake forms prior to appointments.

Hours

Monday-Friday appointments are available on a case-by-case basis at my home office in Barron, WI. Kids will be present during home office visits and other children are welcome to play. Time availability will be variable so please call or text to work out a time that works well for both of us.

My primary hours are Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 6pm, where I do home visits and travel to you with my table.

In Office CST

$160 Initial Visit and Client Intake (averaging 80 minutes) 

$100 for a 60 minute follow-up 

$150 for a 90 minute follow-up

Children (Infant through 12 Years Old)

$160 Initial Visit and Client Intake 

$60 for a 30 minute follow-up

$80 for a 50 minute follow-up

In Home Visits

$180 Initial Visit and Client Intake (averaging 80 minutes) (recommended for children 12 and under)

$300 Initial Visit and Client Intake (averaging 2 – 2.5 hours of time) (recommended for adults)

Follow – Ups:

$100 for a 40 minute follow up

$150 for a 70 minute follow up 

Travel/Mileage Policy: $10 will be added to all prices listed above outside the initial 20 mile radius from my home office.

Virtual Appointments

If you are too sick, too far away, or perhaps just need a second pair of eyes and support, I do offer virtual DBB and CST focused sessions where I can walk you through techniques you can use on yourself and/or your children to experience healing and energy support.

$125 for a 60 minute initial appointment

$95 for a 45 minute appointment

$60 for a 30 minute appointment

$30 for a 15 minute appointment

Specialty Packages

Postpartum Care Package: $300 flat rate fee for care for mother and child following birth. Always performed in home or in hospital. Travel to clients’ locations is included. Expected appointment length of 2 hours to 2.5 hours.

Labor and Delivery Package: Immediate care appointment for a laboring mother that feels Dynamic Body Balancing techniques would aid her labor. This is typically agreed upon before the on-set of labor. Flat rate fee of $225 to client’s location at time of labor. Expected appointment length of 60 to 90 minutes.

Family Discounts: All appointments involving 2 or more family members scheduled together will be billed at an hourly rate of $150 per hour, calculated to the nearest five minute mark.

Cancellation Policies

I must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment time in the event of a cancellation. If a cancellation notice is given with less than 24 hours of notice, the client is responsible for paying the fee associated with an appointment unless due to illness. Expectations to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.

Initial appointments will require a 50% deposit. If the initial appointment is cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice or is a no-show, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited. All follow-up appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a $25 fee. If the appointment is a package deal or large family time block, the cancellation fee is $75 if less than 24 hours.

Please reach out to me ASAP when you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellation fees do not apply to sudden on-set illness or symptoms.
